Incredible property and management: a definite must stay in Cape Coral
During the COVID-19 pandemic, my father was being rushed to a very serious whipple surgery. My husband and children and I packed up and headed to Florida from indiana with no place to stay. The property management was amazing at responding and assisting us during a very hard and unknown time. We were able to receive an order to stay for the month so we could assist Mom and Dad in his recovery.
The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The canal view was more than amazing as it looks into the basin. In our 1 month stay, I believe we sent 90% of our time in the lanai or pool. My husband I worked every day and found the lanai and dining room space perfect for each of us to have an office.
Our children, 12, 15, 16, loved the pool. The solar heater allowed us to have a very warm pool any time we wanted.
I cooked all our meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The kitchen was very clean and had a lot of items needed for cooking.
The location was nice as it was close enough to the local stores, while quietly seperated in the canal streets of Cape Coral. The area was always very quiet and kept clean.
We have rented homes for 20 years in Florida and this one was one of the best. If you need a home that is not on a beach, this a definite must stay home. If you want the beach, it's a 20-30 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach and there ample parking at access point 23 and 24.
I also loved all the beach and pool accessoriesa the home had...beach charis, umbrellas, coolers, etc. And the bikes were wonderful as well, although we never did use them.
