The spacious main deck with views of Cabo and the Sea of Cortez is where you can relax next to your private pool. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this professionally decorated penthouse offers a tremendous setting. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash and leave in area to the left of the garage as you face the house.
Property manager will meet with you prior to check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check -in and late check out by property owner's permission. $27 per hour fee.
Additional overnight guests beyond maximum capacity with property owner's permission. There may be an additional charge for additional guests.
Charge of $57 per hour can be assessed for property manager visits after 5:30 p.m. when repairs or situation are caused by guest.
