Welcome to 'Endless Summer!'
This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath coastal retreat is loaded with all the amenities you need and more for the ultimate 30A getaway!
As you enter, the first floor features the laundry room along with the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The other bedroom on this floor has two Full beds and uses the dedicated hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
In the backyard, enjoy a large private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table.
Upstairs on the second floor, the open-concept floor plan creates a bright and airy space, perfect for spending time together. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features high-end appliances, open-shelf storage, and a large island with seating for four. This space flows right into the dining room with additional seating, and then right into the comfortable living room.
Step right out from the living area to a spacious private balcony and enjoy the outdoor seating and coastal breeze!
Also on the second floor is a half bathroom, plus the master bedroom, which is complete with a King bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.
On the third floor, you'll find the last two bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a private balcony with stunning views, and the other is a bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed set, a sofa and a TV, and a large private terrace with cozy seating and more stunning Gulf views. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
Located just a short 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the Walton Dunes beach access, with access to a community pool and nearby pickle ball and tennis courts, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm!

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway. Please note the garage is not for guests' use.
Guests will also have access to the community pool and tennis/pickleball court.
Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees. -Smoking is prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30. -Damages that occurred will be collected from the renters. -Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.

We were really disappointed with our stay and would not book this property again,The cleanliness was far below expectations. The floors were dirty, dishes in the kitchen were not properly cleaned, and there were even liquor bottles left in the pool. Several pieces of furniture were stained, and the dining table appeared to have been painted with a finish that caused everything to stick to it, which made it unusable.There were also multiple maintenance and safety concerns. We found nails sticking out of the balcony floor, which is a serious hazard. Balcony chair unstable and broken. The toilet ran constantly, and of the bathroom light was not working during our stay.Another major issue was the lack of transparency about ongoing construction next door. The noise and disruption significantly impacted our experience, and this was not disclosed in the listing.The WiFi was extremely unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. When we reached out to the host about these issues, the response was minimal and did not resolve the problems.Overall, this property did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, safety, or communication. We would not recommend it to others until all issues are resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team takes guest concerns seriously, and our records do show that we remained in communication throughout your stay and made efforts to assist with the items reported at the property.
We also want to clarify that construction on 30A is unfortunately outside of our control. The county does not need to or require to notify homeowners or management companies in advance when nearby construction projects begin, so we are often unaware until work is already underway. Because 30A is a rapidly growing area, we do disclose in our rental agreement, which was signed prior to arrival, that construction may occur nearby and that there are strict county regulations governing permitted construction activity.
Following your stay, all maintenance and housekeeping items mentioned were promptly addressed by our team, and we’re happy to share that guests who have stayed in the home since have had wonderful experiences.
We also attempted to work toward a resolution and offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill. However, the amount requested in return was significantly beyond what would be considered reasonable based on the concerns reported.
We appreciate the feedback, as it allows us to continue improving the guest experience and maintaining the high standards we strive to provide.
