Thank you. Very nice. Tired furnishings. Parking instructions could have been simpler, “park in the back in spot all the way to the right where sign says parking for tenants” we ran into the owner and she said we could use the pool, even though it was October. We are from MN and it was 89 degrees! We were thrilled!

Very clean, nice pool, super easy parking!Kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use for meal prep. The host is a sweet senior couple that resides upstairs. We only saw them a few times, but they were very cordial and helped with any questions we had about the rental. The property is well kept- a bit dated, but it IS an “older” home. The rental has that carefree, beach house feel- very “Folly”appropriate. Great memories were made here!

Amazing stay!

This cottage was perfect for our family of four. It is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. The kids had a blast in the pool and the host was a joy to speak with. We highly recommend it and will try to return here for our next trip to Folly Beach!

Excellent location on Folly Beach

My family and I Had a great time staying at this property as it was clean, had everything we need, close to the beach, and also had an excellent swimming pool. The owners were kind and very hospitable. All in all, we had a wonderful time during our vacation.

Fabulous Family Stay

We had a wonderful family stay at Folly Beach. The location was perfect, close to the fun of Center St and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The pool made for a great spot for the family to relax and we had a couple of very nice chats with Greg. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The floors were dirty. The house smelled, as if it had been closed up for some time. The decor was great but the floor sloped significantly in kitchen/dining error. Some of the appliances were unclean. The ad said it was a 3 bedroom & 2 bath home. It was a very small 3 bedroom & ONE indoor bathroom & an outside communal bathroom. I find that to be false advertising. The lady that came by & brought gjft was super nice & unexpected. Lastly, the furnishings, especially the recliner (old & broken) were worn & not up to par. Our trip wasn't effected by these items but needed to be noted.

Peaceful but close to everything

Very pretty setting with relaxing atmosphere. Didn't want for anything. Walking distance to stores, beach and Center St with all the restaurants and bars. Great location.

Girls weekend getaway

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The pool looks inviting but not in February.

Wonderful Property

Loved our stay in Folly at this fabulous property that was 3 blocks from the ocean as well as has a pool. Very clean and was great for our adult family of five. The owners live upstairs and are friendly but not intrusive. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits to Folly!

Peaceful and close to everything!

The house is just as described. You have to go to the back to come in rather than entering from the address side, which was funny! We found everything to be delightfully clean and even met the owners upstairs, who were fabulous. I highly recommend!
