You live in a spacious 95sqm apartment on the first floor. We offer 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet. Another sleeping facility can be provided on request. All living rooms face south and the balcony invites you to soak up the sun. In 3 minutes you can walk to a Bavarian restaurant with regional specialties and a beer garden. A supermarket and a bakery are in town.
Our accommodation is near Munich 50km, Garmisch-Partenkirchen 45km, Bad Tölz 45km, Neuschwanstein 60km, Murnau 10km.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment is great fo children as there is room to play and some toys available. The kitchen and nearby grocery made the stay comfortable. The hosts allowed us to park in the driveway which was convenient. It is a charming little town with a great restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice property away from the city

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The property manager worked with us to arrange for a late arrival and were kind and courteous when we arrived. There were 2 separate bedrooms which was great for our group. The living area and kitchen were quite large, so it was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The train station was a very short drive from the house, making the commute into the city very easy.

Americans visit Bavaria

This is a fairytale place. It is so charming and the space is large. We received clean towels on request. The things that are different from the US are: it is upstairs on the second floor (but in Europe they call it the first floor). The beds are low. We thought there were two baths since we had searched by that but it really was a bath and a separate area for the toilet. It worked out fine but we do have different ways of speech that we didn't realize. The hosts were great. Happy that the location was outside the large cities and in a quaint village. Overall, wonderful!

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige und sinnvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns als dreiköpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Region ist in kultureller und landschaftlicher Hinsicht – auch nach mehreren Besuchen – überaus reizvoll. (Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist sinnvoll, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.) Die Gastgeber sind stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ zuverlässig. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen! – Besten Dank!

Sehr großzügige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in Oberhausen. Anreise mit dem Zug war kein Problem, da der Bahnhof nur 600m entfernt ist. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt und einen tollen großen Aufenthaltsbereich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Oberhausen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gab alles, was man brauchte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Wunderschöne Umgebung und vor Ort alles was man braucht vorhanden. Es gibt in nächster Nähe direkt einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Metzgerei, eine Bäckerei ein Restaurant mit Biergarten und ein Cafe. Viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub.
