This beautiful, convenient location offers it all!

Additional sleeping space as living room features a pull out sofa bed & blow up mattress available. Private patio. Full size washer and dryer located in private laundry area. This is an in-law unit below a home. We have taken as many sound-proofing measures as possible between floors.
