Amanda was a great host! The view was amazing, and the guesthouse was extremely spacious. Loved the shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, it was close to everything Mystic had to offer. There were a few too many spiders around for me, but other than that, we had a lovely time!

This beautiful property overlooks Mystic River and has everything you need. It’s clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an especially comfortable bed. The hosts, Amanda and Richards, are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for sharing with us.

The location is within walking distance of downtown Mystic, which was very convenient. The walk into town follows the Mystic River and is absolutely beautiful. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to meet Beth, we did meet her husband, Richard, who was very pleasant to speak with.

What a great spot! Very large and well equipped space. Having a nice patio to sit and look at the river in the morning was very peaceful. The location is great, if you don't mind a bit of a walk, it's a vet pleasant walk into town. I would definitely book this space again.

What an amazing visit. I came with a good girlfriend for a girls weekend and the location and place were even better than the pictures. Walking downtown Mystic was so pretty along the lake. Beth and Richard were not only warm, they were instant friends. Check in was easy and I was able to check in a tad earlier and checkout a tad later. It’s also close to everything we wanted to do. Nothing more than a 15 min drive but walking downtown is super easy. I highly recommend. Oh the shower!!! The shower is everything! You will want to never leave!

Beautiful property overlooking Mystic River. Incredibly clean, spacious and updated home located minutes to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants. Views from the pergola are stunning with your morning coffee. House is well stocked with amenities and toiletries. Modern, spacious shower with great water pressure. Bed is very comfortable and the bedroom closet is nicely stocked with extra pillows and linens. Host was very welcoming during check in and check out was very simple, and required no complicated steps. Would definitely stay again.

Amanda, the host, is an excellent communicator and is very responsive. She had a lovely welcome note with clear instructions for the unit. The unit was very clean and bright with gorgeous views of the Mystic River. Loved being able to sit outside on the porch/lanai facing the river. The host thoughtfully had snacks and Pellegrino water. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom had a rain head shower with white tea toiletries which was very nice. I highly recommend The Barn and hope to return in the future.

Amanda, the host, is wonderfully attentive and knows the area well for ideas on what to do. The condo is furnished beautifully and kitchen is very well equipped. The side deck over looking the river is wonderful. For two people it’s a great stay and a good location right now the road from downtown Mystic.

We had the absolute best time staying at Amanda’s listing! It truly has to be one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in Mystic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with thoughtful touches like snacks and a lovely welcome letter. The house instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and it was obvious that Amanda thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The location was absolutely beautiful with stunning water views, and the bed was incredibly comfortable too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Incredible host. Sometimes you take the little things for granted. Having an oven or having ice whenever you need it. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Having coffee on the patio with that view was just lovely! When we come back to Mystic, we will stay here.

Wonderful stay with great hosts! We had stayed previously at the upstairs apartment and loved it so much we had to come back. It was very clean and bright with a nice big tv when we just wanted to relax. The king sized bed was super comfy! And Amanda left us a bunch of great snacks. Highly recommend and we hope we can come again soon!

Beautiful location and wonderful accommodation!! Highlights are the outdoor patio overlooking the river and views of mystic in the distance, walking distance to town, and a divine rain-head shower. All-in-all it was a magical stay, the space is cozy and well-appointed, and I will recommend this lodging to friends, family and beyond.
