Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Vista Fantastica is a modern terraced house with fantastic views over the "La Janda" landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. On the ground floor of the house there is a bright living/dining area with a hatch towards the kitchen. The living area has a large flat screen TV, internet connection and air conditioning with which you can also heat, so that the house can be used all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped: Induction cooker, dishwasher, oven and microwave are provided and there is a Nespresso machine. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and living area and has a dining table and a gas grill. There is also a small shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with ensuite bath and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds is also on the first floor and shares another shower room with the third bedroom (two single beds) which is a little higher up. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For the evening hours in summer or during the day during the rest of the year the most beautiful place is the large roof terrace, which has a fantastic panoramic view and sun protection. Directly opposite the house is the community pool with sunbathing lawn and some palm trees (open all year).
VFT/CA/02763 Casa Vista Fantastica is located in a newly constructed residential area on a slope just outside the town centre of Conil (10 - 15 minutes walk). There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beaches of Los Bateles and Castilnovo are a 15 minutes' walk away.
