Nestled in Eagle Harbor on Bainbridge Island, this adorable condo with Mt. Rainier & Eagle Harbor views from every room offers a fantastic retreat for guests seeking comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen bed, there’s plenty of space to relax. The Bainbridge Island ferry and blocks of wonderful Winslow shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away! The two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy cozy heating throughout and have access to a fitness room to stay active. If you are looking for an extended stay (1 month minimum), this nice 1,300 sq. ft. condo provides a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. We look forward to hosting you at our place for 1+ months between November and May. NOTE: The Harbor Square Condo Association requires a 1 time non-refundable 'move in' fee, regardless of the length of the stay.

I am a retired University of Washington Professor. We live in Tucson, AZ during the winter months, and our Bainbridge Island Condo from June to October. The rest of the year we make our Condo available for 'extended stay' (minimum of 30 days) rentals.

Why they chose this property

We love our Condo because: 1) it has a spectacular 200 degree view, including Mt. Rainier and Eagle Harbor; 2) it is across the street from the Ferry Dock - we can walk on the ferry in 5 minutes, and be in downtown Seattle in another 40 min. 3) we can walk to the Town & Country grocery store and numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes; 4) The rooms in the Condo are spacious, but not too big. 5) The residents we've met are wonderful and welcoming.
