This lovely 3 bedroom (king, king, queen) bedrooms with 4 bathrooms sleeps up to 6 very comfortably. The 2 top floor bedrooms (king, king) have lovely and modern ensuite bathrooms. The main floor bedroom (queen) is just across the hall from another clean and modern bathroom on the main floor. The 4th bathroom is in the garage/gear room on the ground floor with shop sink and toilet. You'll love high thread count linens, European style bedding and fluffy white towels in all bedrooms and bathrooms

OLD MILL LOCATION

You'll love having Deschutes River Trail access just across the road. An easy and flat 7 minute walk along the Deschutes River Trail brings you to the Old Mill shopping district. You can easily explore all of the Old Mill on foot or rent a group bike at Wheel Fun Rentals in the Old Mill. Your home is a 17 minute leisurely walk through the Old Mill to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. If you don't have concert tickets, you'll certainly hear the band warming up and testing equipment during the day and the show later that night. All concerts end at 10pm, so don't worry about music going on all night. Thankfully quiet hours start at 10pm all over Bend, including at this home.

HEATING AND COOLING

Central heat and A/C will ensure you are the perfect temperature year round. The gas fireplace on the main floor is also a source of cozy heat and is functional year round.

SLEEPING & BATH ARRANGEMENTS

This home has 3 bedrooms (king, king, queen) on the main and upper levels. The queen bedroom is on the main floor and the king bedrooms are both upstairs. All beds feature crisp high thread count linens and European style bedding. Each king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The queen bedroom has a bathroom just outside the door. This is a 3 level home and stairs are required to access all living spaces and bedrooms. This home sleeps 6 adults very comfortably.

The 1st king bedroom is the very large and spacious, horizon view king bedroom. Located on the top (3rd) floor, it is light and bright and has one of the best views in the home. The large windows over the bed and facing the river allow natural light to come in all day. Don't miss this bedroom's ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub and spacious glass walk in shower. Plenty of storage for your luggage in the large walk-in closet as well.

The 2nd king bedroom is on the top (3rd) floor as well. It is also and welcoming with lots of natural light. This bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower (no tub).

The 3rd queen bedroom is on the main (2nd) floor. This bedroom is cozy and sweet and has a closet for your luggage and a small sitting area as well. The bathroom across the hall features a modern walk-in shower (no tub).

A standard sized Graco Pack & Play crib and high chair are available on request. Please request at time of booking. Please do bring your own baby linens.

KITCHEN AND DINING
This modern kitchen opens up to the large living room windows and feels very open. You'll find all the utensils, pots, pan you'll need for an amazing meal. Microwave and dishwasher make meals easy. Missing something? Let us know and we may be able to pick it up for you.

TV AND FREE WIFI
Enjoy free broadband Internet with mesh wifi. This home has a smart Roku TV for your viewing pleasure. Roku TVs feature over 350+ free channels and a basic cable package is also included. Feel free to stream your own App subscriptions. You'll find a 75" Roku smart TV in the main floor living room. For those on a working vacation, there is a desk nook just off the living room with windows all around. A printer is provided.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The living room balcony overlooks the Deschutes River, the Old Mill and nearby parks and neighborhood. There is a sweet little back yard if you need to tuck away for a moment. You'll love the the views out front where the Deschutes River is your front yard! Summer brings out all the river floaters and you'll enjoy an endless day of people watching. In quieter seasons, the river residents are birds, otters and other natural wildlife.

PARKING
Free, off street parking, in the tandem style parking in the garage for 2 small to standard sized vehicles. Free driveway of this home for 1 more vehicle. Please note the balcony partially extends over the driveway so some over height vehicles may need to park in the guest parking area next to the home. RV parking is not permitted in the Deschutes Landing neighborhood.
