Herrliche Erholung

Eine tolle Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts. Ruheoase mit traumhaftem Ausblick in mitten eines trubeligen Örtchens.

Aussergewöhnliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne und aussergewöhnliche Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Capoliveri. Die Räume sind grosszügig und über drei Etagen verteilt, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll zusammengestellt und sehr individuell. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder auf der 1.Etage, eins der Bäder hat allerdings nur eine kleine Badewanne die sich zum Duschen nicht eignet. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung nur bedingt zu nutzen da eine steile und offene Wendeltreppe zur Küche und zum grossen Essbereich führt. Eine kleine Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick (der auch von allen Zimmern besteht) rundet das Wohnerlebnis ab. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Verwalterin ist top, sie sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Und die Lage ist perfekt, in der Altstadt gelegen und doch sehr ruhig, man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuss. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!

Urlaub im alten Ortskern

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in dieser wunderschönen dreigeschossigen Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt von Capoliveri sehr genossen. Morgens kann man zwischen Kaffee mit Aussicht oder in einem der nahen Cafés wählen, tagsüber sind viele schöne Strände oder Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und abends kann man das Nightlife in Capoliveri erleben. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung vollkommen ruhig und wir haben den Tag auf der Dachterrasse begonnen und beendet. Vielen Dank an Frau Kranz, auch für die tollen Tipps!

Perla nel borgo

Appartamento incantevole, chiaramente non esclusivamente appartamento vacanze. Arredamento ed oggettistica ricercati, spazi ampi e vista senza prezzo. Unica nota negativa, da imputare però a tutta Capoliveri, la totale assenza e disorganizzazione dei parcheggi.

Perfekter Stadturlaub mit Familie

Haben Stadturlaub mit Bars und Restaurants ausgiebig genutzt, die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ist sehr stilvoll und super gemütlich eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück am großen Tisch in der Küche mit Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig. Mit Kindern sollte man wissen, dass Parkmöglichkeiten um die Stadt herum gegeben sind und die Wege treppauf treppab gemeistert werden müssen. Für unsere Familie kein Problem, da interessant und immer der tolle Ausblick. Wir können die Ferienwohnung voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.
