We chose this neighborhood because it is right on the beach — a truly beautiful stretch of sand with incredible views and an amazing atmosphere. The property is very well located onMamitas Beach and is just steps from Fifth Avenue, where guests can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and everything they may need during their stay. What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is how walkable it is. You can easily get to the pier and take the ferry to places like Isla Mujeres or Cozumel, making it the perfect base for exploring while still feeling relaxed and connected to the beach.

Our property is privately owned, and we take great pride in caring for it. Every detail matters to us, and a lot of love goes into making this space truly special. The penthouse was recently remodeled, everything is brand new, and it has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, beauty, and functionality.
