The attachment
The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.
Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

Apartment on the ground floor with a very personal flair thanks to a sophisticated floor plan solution, individual furniture and coordinated colors. It offers a living room with fireplace and dining area, a semi-open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The strength of this apartment also lies in its spacious outdoor area, where in addition to the garden, the covered outdoor space (portico), two separate zones for a large dining area and one
comfortable outdoor seating area and space for sun loungers. Shaded by a large cork oak and embedded in a sea of blossoms of oleanders, there are nevertheless views of the vast landscape of the Maremma and the range of hills of the ancient Etruscan city of Vetulonia.
