There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra company visiting. The primary bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV with convenient access to the patio. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a hall bathroom with a Spa tub to relax in. The attractive extended patio allows for outdoor entertainment as you enjoy BBQ and watch the evening sunset. The exposure off the patio is west with warm sunshine and fairway and mountain views. The condo is located towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street. A refreshing pool and spa are within easy walking distance. The double 2 car garage has a spacious laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Direct entry from the garage into the condo.
