The cozy vacation home for 6 people with the name "Kuschelhaus" is located directly between the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the marina Port Olpenitz. Both are just a few minutes' walk from the vacation home.

High-quality furnishings in beach house style with a combination of light natural tones and accessories decorated with attention to detail ensure a wonderful feeling of well-being. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single box-spring beds (90x200cm) and a comfortable armchair bed (80x200cm). In the living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened, there are two additional sleeping places on the corner sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer-dryer (8/6kg), kettle, coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. In the infrared cabin with AUX connection you can relax to your favorite music after a long walk on the beach.

The Kuschelhaus is equipped with 3 large 4K Smart TVs and a Wii console with games and board games. Directly in front of the house, the large lawn offers plenty of space to use the volleyball net, badminton rackets or play boules. A stair gate is installed on the upper floor.
High-quality garden furniture and two sun loungers are available on the south-west-facing terrace. On warm evenings, you can watch the crackling flames in the fire bowl after a barbecue, end the day together and relax in the comfortable hammock. A lockable shed is available, where you can use a large folding handcart and store your bicycles.


As the houses are located directly on the coast, the patio furniture is only available in the summer months; in the winter months it is safely stowed away due to the often strong winds. Fishing in the harbor basin is not permitted.

The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded.
