The Birches is situated on 10 secluded acres, where guests will enjoy the privacy and scenery the cabin offers. Built in 2020 and designed to accommodate guests. During your stay take a walk on the property, read a book, enjoy a glass a wine, cook a fine meal, and stare at the stars. Centrally between Keene and the Sunapee region, guests have many options on how to enjoy their days such as Skiing, Hiking, Paddling, and Snow tubing. This is a vacation spot, that can be enjoyed all year.

The space

Brand new two story cabin, set in the woods, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Property is set upon a hill that offers amazing sunsets in late fall and winter. With the property centrally located to so many lakes, ponds, ski resorts, and dining options in downtown Keene, all within 30 minutes guests can plan for an fun filled vacation. Guests can also cook in the beautiful kitchen, and spend the entire time just relaxing in solitude.

The Birches is a 1000 square foot cabin, with portico and 16x10 deck. Decor throughout is Farmhouse chic, with natural wood accents. The space was designed and built to accommodate guests.

Main living area is an open concept with a combination living, dining area, and french doors leading to a deck. Living area has television with local TV stations, Bose sound system for music lovers, built in natural wood dining table for four.

Galley style kitchen, with gas range, full size refrigerator, 18 bottle wine cooler, butcher block counter tops and a bamboo farmhouse sink. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, plates, glasses, etc.

Bathroom is a 3/4 bath located on the first floor.

Upstairs has a master bedroom with queen bed with plenty of storage space for luggage. This room also has a desk that can be used as workstation, for those guest that work from home.

There are two twin beds and pullout twin sofa in the loft/game area for kids or extra adults. The kids can enjoy a Foosball table, DVD player with library, and a large TV they can hook a game system to.

On those chilly nights, enjoy the warmth of the wood stove to make the place a very cozy retreat. Wood and fire starter kit provided for ease of use. The space can be heated with electric heat as well, during the fall and spring.

Propane Griddle and Grill for guest use on the deck. The deck, has wicker furniture set for sitting or outside dining. Dining table outside sits four. There are also picnic tables and Adirondack chairs in the yard.

Guest also have access to use canoe and kayak for paddling on local lakes and ponds.

Guest can use the entire cabin and enjoy all 10 Acres of land.
