Step back in time at our charming 1905 Texas farmhouse, nestled on 10.5 peaceful acres just minutes from Lake LBJ and downtown Llano. This eclectic retreat sleeps 7–8 and is full of rustic charm with original wood floors and ceilings, a dreamy front porch, and an abundance of wildlife and birds right outside your door.

Inside, you’ll find one private master with a king bed, a full bath with a classic clawfoot tub and shower, and a cozy living room that transforms into a private sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. The airy porch room includes two twin beds, a futon, and its own half bath—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Whip up meals in the full kitchen, then unwind in the cowboy pool hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and gather around the fire pit under starry skies.

A separate tiny house next door can also be rented (separate listing) as well as two fully equipped GlampingTents, ideal for larger groups or a little extra privacy. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch or spotting deer at sunset, it’s the perfect hill country escape.

We also have barn cats who live on the property and help take care of the pasture. They are fed by us and also live fine off of the land hunting. We leave cat food inside the Main house, so please feel free to put some out during your stay :)

You have use of the Main House, front porch, front yard, back porch, cowboy pool, fire pit and outdoor shower. We also have a walking path for all guests to use around the property.

We do have additional rentals on the property: two glamping tents and one tiny house. These are separate listings but can be all rented together.

There is another rental next door to the main house on the property. The Tiny House sits next door and is also available for rent. You may be renting at the same time and have neighbors during your stay. You still have your own private porch, cowboy pool and fire pit.
