Welcome to the idyllic private home of 7 Royal Tern Road within the gated Amelia Island Plantation! This monthly vacation rental is freshly updated and boasts stunning views of the marsh and championship golf course. It offers spacious living areas, a beautiful chef's kitchen, a half bathroom, and garage on the downstairs level, and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms nicely renovated on the upstairs level.
With attractive curb appeal and ample parking, 7 Royal Tern features wonderful ambient light, vaulted ceilings, and has a treehouse effect. The airy downstairs living space is outfitted with new furnishings and designer touches. Cooking in the fully equipped kitchen is a breeze with stainless steel appliances and quality cookware. For laundry, a new washer and dryer are available and the high-speed wifi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows or work remotely.
Looking out at the 18th hole of Oak Marsh Championship Golf Course, the house has beautiful outdoor living spaces for hosting or enjoying quiet moments in nature. The deck has a dining table that seats six and leads out to a private back lawn with a quaint row of adirondack chairs facing the marsh.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has lots of storage and a luxurious, expansive attached bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a modified Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Note that dog must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
