We have owned this home since 2002 and shared it as a vacation rental since 2003. The home underwent an exhaustive remodel in 2025. New flooring and blinds, new lighting and furniture and Remodeled kitchen!

Why they chose this property

Red Mountain Ranch Country Club and community which provided golf, gym, tennis and great practice facility plus a large sparkling pool with two spas which the children enjoyed. Restaurant and bar as well! Another plus is the location which keeps the neighborhood quiet and safe!

What makes this property unique

This home sits on the 2nd hole and across the street from the 1st green and a view of Camelback Mountain! The backyard is quiet and comfortable and now sports a three hole putting green and built-in BBQ. The Mexican-tiled table sits six. All of this is surrounded by desert flora. The downstairs bedroom can accommodate up to 4 plus a remodeled desert/Spanish styled bathroom.
