Host was super responsive and the place was clean. We really appreciated the large jug of drinking water full and ready for us when we got there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with kids as it has three full bedrooms. The property is in a residential area with no views, which in the end didn’t matter because we were always out and about doing something. I also appreciated its location because it was very very quiet versus if we had stayed in town I think they would’ve been more noise. We rented a golf cart for the week which was a lifesaver because this property is a 35 min walk to the split.

Washing machine was broken. Host not available by email or supplied phone numbers or WhatsApp which is ubiquitous in Belize. Made for a difficult check-in as was left locked out without means to communicate with host. Luckily a worker onsite gave a different number to call which eventually resolved situation. Stressful for a vacation rental.
