Our group couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was ideal, just minutes from Presque Isle and Erie's Bayfront. The house was spotless, spacious, and the front and back porches gave us great places to relax.

This is a beautiful home, everything is brand new. Getting to the house was easy and the house is covenant to restaurants and shopping. The beds are firm and comfortable, plenty of towels, and everything we needed for a relaxed comfortable stay.

The house was in brand new condition. Very spacious and was as advertised/pictured. Check in was moved to about 4:15pm due to the previous tenant checking out that morning. The outlets on the kitchen counters tripped a breaker and it appeared that the main breaker panel was not accessible to us to reset (no coffee with breakfast). The fridge was also leaking water and the host was notified almost immediately after check in. A response was never received from the host. Overall our stay was okay, the house was very clean. The host could be a little more responsive and maybe make the main panel accessible to guests in case of an emergency.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the outlet tripping. I did not receive a text message that there was any problem. I did receive a email of the problem but that was after you had left.

If you aren’t familiar with the area, you don’t realize it is a bit over from a very busy street. Still a beautifully done rental home, at a great location.
