The EifelNatur 1 holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only approx. 4 km away. There are numerous trails all around for hiking or walking.
The holiday home EifelNatur 1 offers a total of 3 floors on approx. 330 sqm.
There are 9 bedrooms with 21 beds, 6 bathrooms mostly with showers and two with a bathtub. The spacious living room on the ground floor with seating at the table for 21 people offers itself as a common room for dining and together.

Netter Gastgeber, tolles Haus. Hatte alles was wir für vier Nächte brauchten. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, so dass unsere Wandertouren nicht so ausgeprägt waren. Dafür hatten wir es im Haus dann richtig gemütlich. Brötchenservice war super.

Tolle Unterkunft u. a. für große Gruppen

Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben. Alles war top organisiert und hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe dort und alle waren zufrieden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Fantastisch weekend in de Eifel

Erg hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren van het huis, wat erg compleet en netjes was. Voor het ontbijt werden op bestelling diverse soorten brood bezorgd. Een regelrechte aanrader voor grotere gezelschappen door de vele slaapkamers en badkamers.

Heerlijk

Heerlijke locatie voor een vakantie met de hele familie. Het huis is heel groot en bestaat uit 3 grote appartementen die ook los verhuurd kunnen worden. Wij hadden het hele huis, met op de onderste verdieping een grote woonkamer met een hele grote eettafel. Iedereen heeft ook de mogelijkheid om wat rust op te zoeken in een van de vele beschikbare ruimtes.De omgeving is super. Naast het huis begint de Wendolinusweg, een supermooie en goedgemarkeerde wandelroute van bijna 12 kilometer. De wandelmogelijkheden zijn eindeloos en de Maaren fantastisch. Ook zijn grotere plaatsen, zoals Cochem en Trier, goed te bereiken. Inkopen kunnen op 5 km afstand gedaan worden.De gastgevers zijn enorm vriendelijk en staan gelijk voor de gasten klaar. We voelden ons heel welkom. Dank julkie wel André en Marion!

Erholung im Kreise der Familie

Wir haben knapp 4 Tage in diesem schnuckeligen Haus mit der Familie verbracht. In dem 250 Seelendorf ist es in der Lage (Sackgasse), in der das Objekt steht entspannend ruhig. Unser Hund, die Kinder und auch die Enkel haben die Zeit zur Entspannung, Entschleunigung, zum Träumen und für Unternehmungen rund ums Pulvermaar genossen.

Ein harmonischer, entspannter Familienurlaub

Es gab eine herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin, das Haus war für uns 14 Personen größenmäßig fantastisch, alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und auch bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir alle dort uns gut beschäftigen können. Alles war sehr sauber und der Haushalt sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich nichts! Die Tischtennisplatte könnte mal durch eine neue ausgetauscht werden. Und ein Trampolin für Kinder wäre wünschenswert.
