4½-room apartment on the 1st Floor for 7 people in a holiday home with 2 apartments, on the ground floor a studio for 2 people. The house is 150m above the lake on the southeastern shore of Lake Maggiore in the Gambarogno hills. Magnificent panoramic view of Ascona, Locarno, the lake and the mountains. It is surrounded by a large garden of 2000m2 with a swimming pool of 24m2. 4 ½ room apartment and studio each have a separate patio with grill. The property is in a quiet area, bordered by a stream on one side and by the forest on the other. A long staircase leads from the street to the house. There are two parking spaces available. The basement is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Both units can be rented together.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Das Haus liegt wunderschön über dem See. Es ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Blick über See und Landschaft ist atemberaubend schön. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, auch wenn der Aufstieg über die Treppen schon anstrengend ist, der Blick ist einmalig!

Einzigartige Lage und fantastischer Seeblick

Wunderschönes Haus mit einzigartigem Panoramablick über den See. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, ruhig gelegen, einfach ein Traum! Sehr netter Kontakt per Mail zum Vermieter. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Tolle Vermieter und großartige Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Das tägliche Workout ist durch die vielen Eingangsstufen auch gesichert. Jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Aussicht, moderne Küche, grosszügiges Wohnzimmer. Absolut ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte, zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit Hausbesitzer via Email. Die lange Treppe zum Haus verlangt eine gewisse Grundkondition, belohnt einem aber mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf den See, Ascona, Locarno und die Tessiner Alpen.
