Welcome to our charming 3.5-room apartment on the mezzanine floor, ideal for 4 people! The two-family house is situated on a sunny hillside, surrounded by greenery, and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountain range.
Freshly renovated in 2024, the apartment has been stylishly refurnished and is well maintained. The spacious, partially covered balcony invites you to relax and is equipped with comfortable chaise longues - perfect for enjoying the view.
Access to the house is easy by car to the parking lot, which is reserved. A short flight of stairs leads to the lower apartment. The bus stop is approx. 500 m away, shopping facilities are approx. 1.5 km away and the lake is approx. 2 km away.
The apartment has a cozy living/dining room with dining table, sofa, satellite TV and Internet W-Lan. From here you can access the large balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a modern cooking combination including ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Bed and kitchen linen are provided. Pets up to max. 15 kg are allowed.
