The 90 m², 3-room accommodation was fully renovated in 2024 and features two bedrooms, offering a modern and high-quality setting for a relaxing holiday. Parquet flooring in the living area creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that, due to the characteristics of the property, the accommodation is not suitable for small children.

The cosy living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. A TV with digital and international channels, as well as a CD player, provides entertainment. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and also makes it convenient for guests who need to work during their stay. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures during the cooler months.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is located directly next to the dining area with a table and chairs. A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and kettle, together with the essential kitchen utensils, provide everything you need for relaxed meals during your holiday.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels, are provided. For longer stays, guests also have exclusive use of a private washing machine and dryer. Privacy screens on all windows provide an additional sense of comfort and seclusion.

One of the highlights of Casa Nicola is the covered balcony with an awning and privacy screen. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains – a lovely place to spend peaceful moments outdoors and unwind at the end of the day.

The lake and beaches are approximately 2 kilometres away, while shops can be reached within around 1.5 kilometres. The nearest public transport stop is approximately 500 metres from the property. Guests arriving by car have access to a private parking space as well as a covered parking space under a carport.

Casa Nicola is a non-smoking accommodation. Dogs weighing up to approximately 15 kg are welcome. Smoke detectors provide additional safety, while contactless check-in and check-out make arrival and departure simple and flexible.
