This property had everything! A kitchen fully stocked with any appliances you could dream of, activities to entertain kids and adults of all ages, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and plenty of space for multiple families. We stayed here as a group of 3 families with kids ranging from ages 3-13 and no one ever complained of being bored! We visited Adventureland during our stay which was a quick, easy drive from the house. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was the perfect place for our large group to gather, relax, and spend quality time together. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, and the bedding was very comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the gadgets and essentials we needed to prepare meals for our group, which made our stay even more convenient. There were plenty of activities for all ages, so everyone had something fun to enjoy. The outdoor space was especially relaxing, and the propane fire pit quickly became a favorite gathering spot for visiting, laughing, and making memories together. The property was a great fit for our group and provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to accommodate a large group. We would happily stay here again!

Best VRBO experience that I have ever had. This place smells brand new and is super clean. We had a group of 8 co-workers staying here for a conference. Worked out great. Its halfway between adventure land and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Would be outstanding for family events involving multiple households.

The house was gorgeous! Perfect for our group of 7 life long friends to hang out and spend the weekend together. Comfortable beds, great furnishings, everything you can need in a kitchen...not one thing to complain about! The outdoor space looks like so much fun but it was too cold while we were visiting. The hosts were very responsive to messages/questions as well. 10/10 visit for us!
