The Kofel apartment on the second floor is around 75 square meters and is designed for two to five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large living room kitchen with a kitchenette, dining area and a seating area with a couch as well as a balcony to the east.

The main season is during the Pentecost holidays, summer holidays, autumn holidays and Christmas holidays in the respective federal states.
The off-season is during the carnival and Easter holidays of the respective federal states. May, June and September are also considered off-season, but outside the holiday season. Off season are all times not mentioned. The main season price is calculated for short stays of less than 3 days. For stays of less than 7 days there is a short-term flat rate of € 40.

All rental prices (incl. VAT) are per day as well as for occupancy with a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children including energy costs. For each additional person (including children) the daily rent increases by 8 EUR for children, for adults 15 EUR.
