Welcome to Liberty, a spacious beachfront duplex located in the Southpointe community of Fort Morgan. With five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 20 guests, this pet-friendly retreat is designed for large families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience. Liberty spans four levels, features a shared elevator, and offers multiple balconies with sweeping views. Guests can enjoy direct beach access, a community pool, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The dining area offers seating for ten with additional space at the kitchen island, while the living area provides plenty of room to unwind.

A secondary lounge on the second floor includes a kitchenette with a fridge, Keurig, and arcade machine for added entertainment. On the fourth floor, a third sitting area offers a quiet retreat with a coffee station and mini wine cooler, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. Guests will also find thoughtful conveniences throughout, including a full-size laundry room, high-speed WiFi, and an elevator for easy access from the ground level to the main floor.

- Bedroom 2 - (3rd Floor): King bed, private balcony, TV, private bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3 - (3rd Floor): King bed, private balcony, TV, private bath with walk-in shower (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4 - (2nd Floor): King bed, twin sleeper chair, desk, recliner, private balcony, TV, private bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower (sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 5 - (2nd Floor): Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, private balcony, TV, private bath with dual vanities and tub/shower combo (sleeps 4)
- Bonus Space - (2nd Floor): Twin daybed with twin trundle in the second living area with TV, shares hall bath with walk-in shower (sleeps 2)

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
