Walking distance to Druid hill lake. A ten minute maximum drive to the inner harbor. A local produce farm as well where you could delight yourself in locally grown produce. I also have a beautiful backyard where you could sit out and enjoy the outdoors.

Uber, Lyft or your personal car. I am walking distance to a bus stop, but I haven’t personally taken the bus because I drive everywhere.

PET POLICY: Please clean up after your dog at all times. All waste must be bagged and placed in the garbage. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fine, and yard service may be skipped if waste is left behind.
- No shoes upstairs because it is carpeted.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed
- No parties or events
- Never give the door access to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 8 guests specifically named during booking).
- No unauthorized guests stay overnight in the unit.
- Be sure all lights, fans, heaters and taps/faucets are off each time you exit the unit.
