Completed living unit with kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 children's room with bunk beds, shower / toilet, separate. Sitting area with pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV, radio, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and additional soapstone oven. There is also a lockable storage room with garden furniture and deckchairs, a covered patio and a large south-facing terrace for sole use. Size of the apartment: approx. 55 m²

Sunny, very quiet undeveloped south-facing slope with a view of the mountain range in the district of Steigrain. In our country house you will find comfortable and comfortably furnished apartments on the ground floor with a large south-facing terrace, which ensure a relaxing spa and holiday stay.
