Run away to the country to this quaint but luxurious 2 bedroom 1 bath home comes complete with gas fireplace for the cooler months and A/C for the warm summers. Jump in the pool and enjoy the view!Enjoy relaxing on the large deck overlooking the vineyards for miles enjoying a cup of complementary coffee!The home offers laundry machines, wine fridge and a gorgeous, modern kitchen including granite counters and stainless steel appliances, complete with all your needs! Enjoy your favorite shows on Direct Stream TV. Gas grill on the deck. Just minutes away are wineries such as Stillwaters Sarzotti, Hidden Oak and more! Special occasion? Let us know! We love adding personal touches to make it extra special! We have existing animals on the property which could become a problem with service animals. Thank you for your cooperation. We feel the property is a perfect getaway for adults but due to the steep stairs inside the house and unfenced pool, children must be 12yrs or older.

This property sold itself to us with its never ending picturesque views and the charming character of a once active almond orchard.
What makes this property unique
In the past few years vineyards have sprouted up and surrounded us, there is no better place than this! We will gladly send you off in the right direction for wine tasting and weekend fun if you desire to leave the property at all! We are centrally located just minutes from anything you may desire. We have the small historic town of Templeton to the west, walk back in time with a stroll down Main Street. Paso Robles is just to the north with all of its unique boutiques, restaurants, wineries and a large event almost every weekend.
