About this property

Beautifully Remodeled Townhome on Peak 8

The townhome was completely remodeled in 2025 with all new furniture, cabinets, flooring and more! Located on Peak 8 guests have easy access to the free shuttles to get to and from the slopes and town. There is a private hot tub on the deck where you can relax and enjoy yourselves after a long day.

The main level has a sitting area, dining room, and kitchen. Down a half flight if stairs brings you to another sitting area with a full TV and fireplace. There is also a 3/4 bath on this level.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom suite with a HUGE private shower and king bed. There is also a loft area with 2 twin beds (separate from the primary bedroom).

Continuing down to the lowest level there are two bedrooms with a shared jack and jill bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other is ready for the kids with 2 twins and a set of built in bunk beds.

This is a perfect vacation home for those wanting the peace and quiet of the mountains but also easy access to the ski area and slopes. While there is a garage it is only for storing of gear, not for a vehicle. Your vehicle can park in the driveway directly in front of the home.
