Why they chose this property
This condo is part of a building know as The Atrium. The huge interior common space is a great place for people to meet and kids to play. The building itself is in a great location sandwiched right between Main Street Breckenridge and Carter Park.
Carter Park in the winter is enjoyed by families for hiking, snowshoeing, and sledding (free sleds available in the garage of The Atrium). Carter Park also has a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a large outdoor play structure for kids. Carter Park in the Summer is the access point to miles of mountain biking and hiking trails as well.
Obviously being close to Main Street Breckenridge is awesome because you are only a 3 minute walk from, all the shops, restaurants and bars. There is even a full grocery and liquor store just 1 block away.
There are outdoor gas grills and a completely remodeled deck area for outdoor dining adjacent to the outdoor hot tubs.
The underground parking garage means you can park 1 vehicle and not have to worry about unloading/loading your belongings in the snow.

What makes this property unique
The free shuttle bus stops at the front door of The Atrium every 20 minutes during ski season. The shuttle can have you riding/skiing on Peak 9 in 5 minutes! If you prefer to go to the other direction, the shuttle can drop you right at the Gondola station to get to Peaks 7 and 8.
