Check out was advertised at 11 am but host texted us in the morning to check out at 10 am. Huge inconvenience for family with kids. We asked host about check out instructions and they stated to wash dirty dishes. Later they charged us extra for dirty towels. Should have stated to do the laundry and we would have gladly done so. Has a sign to leave outdoor lights on all the time, yet charges extra for leaving them on. Outdoor grill was rusted, inoperable. Dishonest if not fraudulent host - would not rent this property or from this host ever again. Be aware.
