Great, high quality space on the river. Lot of natural sunlight in the living areas. Be prepared to climb a few stairs to get to the apartment condo but once you do, you’re set, whether for a short stay or extended one.

The condo was spotless, the views of the Ouachita River were amazing and this condo is in a very strategic location to reach just about anywhere in Monroe or West Monroe in just a few minutes.
