The centrally located semi-detached anchor buoy offers enough space for relaxation for four people plus a small child. In summer you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden. In winter you can make yourself comfortable in the warm fireplace in the living room. The house is in a quiet, central location in Greetsiel, just a few minutes' walk from the harbor, the restaurants and the supermarket.
On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living area with an integrated fitted kitchen. You can spend cozy evenings on the leather couch. A window front offers direct access to the terrace with an adjacent large garden.
A floating staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available on the ground floor. With a car parking space, nothing stands in the way of a nice North Sea holiday.
Crockery and cutlery is available in sufficient quantities even with maximum occupancy. The apartment is in a massive house with a total of two residential units. Smoke detectors are available for your safety. The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with mosquito screens / insect protection.
