Welcome to the Havasu Hawk Retreat! We are excited to share our home with you. We dreamed up everything we could want and need in a vacation rental and put it into our home. From comfortable sleeping arrangements, to all the activities kids and adults could want. We can`t wait to have you, visit us soon!

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Centrally located, close to restaurants/store, quiet neighborhood (residential)

Car, walk, bike, Uber - everything is within about 10-15 minutes away (entertainment, restaurants, attractions)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
>No parties/events without preauthorization and paid refundable deposit and event fee
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
**Our occupancy count on this listing is 16 guests.. if you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking (The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests with beds/linens etc.). We have the right to accept or deny the request and charge a refundable damage deposit. Each person after 16 guests is $35/night.

>No smoking inside or on outside furniture - $500 fine

PETS
>$45/night per pet
>$250 deposit
>$25 fine if pets are not picked up after in the yard
>Keep pets off furniture and beds otherwise additional cleaning charges will be charged if professional cleaning is needed to remedy imbedded fur
>Please no pets in the pool area (basketball goal area is separately fenced)

>Wood is not provided, there is wood available for purchase at local grocery stores
