Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees—guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch.

Pets: No pets are allowed at this property. However, the owner is open to considering individual cases—especially for longer stays—so please inquire prior to booking if you’d like to request an exception.

Gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Respectfully request that used bath towels be left in the showers / tubs.

Please load the dishwasher. Remove / take with / dispose of all remaining food (leftovers).

Trash pick up is Thursday. The bins will be pulled from the carport and returned to the carport. We require guests to have all vehicles out of the driveway/carport to avoid obstructing the process.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
