This 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished ranch has a heated pool and screened lanai. All utilities included. Located across from Sugden Park with easy access to Hwy 41. All appliances with washer and dryer, WIFI, utilities, pool, and lawn care included. Attached 2.5 car garage and large yard.
Less than a mile away, walk, bike, or drive to the nearby Botanical Gardens, East Naples Park, and Bayview Park with a boat launch. Enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment on downtown Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South in Old Naples, approximately three miles away, along with the pier and white, powdered-sand beaches that have made Naples famous.
Sugden Park: The waterfront park on Avalon Drive has beautiful views of the 60-acre Lake Avalon and includes a freshwater beach. The lakeside beach allows for family water activities and recreation, including paddleboarding, swimming, sailing, kayaking, and waterskiing. There are paddleboard rentals as well as classes; waterskiing and sailing lessons are offered throughout the year. The park rents sports equipment. A paved fitness trail is ideal for long walks, jogs &r biking around the lake. Fishing is allowed from the pier. The park also features a playground, picnic areas, pavilions, a butterfly garden, and an amphitheater. The popular Ice Cream Social is held here annually in July to celebrate Parks & Recreation month.
Beach Access: Naples Beach is just 3 miles away and has various deeded beach entries along Gulf Shore Boulevard. The historic Naples Pier is located on Naples Beach and features a concession stand on the pier with a covered eating area and beach supplies plus restroom facilities. Fishing from the pier does not require a fishing license, as the City of Naples has purchased a bulk fishing license for the pier. The beach at the pier also features volleyball nets and is one of the best places to watch a spectacular Naples sunset. There is on-street metered parking, supplemented by an 83-space lot one block east of the beach. Additional parking and access to Naples Beach exist on 4th Avenue South, 8th Avenue South 17th Avenue South, and 6th Avenue North.
