Property is located few miles from the famed Katy Mills Mall and the Typhoon Texas Waterpark.
Home Away from Home is equipped with AC for the hot weather and heating for cold weather. Located in a quiet gated community, guests are
welcome to use the two car garage for parking. The home features washer and dryer, cook stove, oven, refrigerator, Smart TV, coffee maker, blender/juicer, kettle, bagel/bread toaster, pots and pans and kitchen utensils.

Leave gate key fob and garage door opener on center table in sitting room. Avoid $300 charge. Take picture & send as evidence if desired.
