The apartment “Serendipia Resort” is located in the small fishing village and holiday resort of Cala Bona, just a short walk from the beach. The property with a mountain view is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (included in the price), air conditioning (only in the living room), fans, a safe, a washing machine and satellite television with international channels. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony as well as a private, covered terrace, which is accessible via the living room and where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee. Outside you will find a communal pool area with sun loungers and hammocks as well as an outdoor shower. Due to its excellent location, the closest supermarket is just around the corner (a 1-minute walk away or 110 m) and restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in within 6 minutes. Cala Bona beach awaits your visit just 200 m from the property where you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun. In a 25-minute drive you will also reach the centre of the town of Manacor (22 km).

There is parking on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The building has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. In case of a later arrival, please contact the host to coordinate the check-in.
