Beautiful 2nd floor condo located in the upscale community of Bonita Bay! This residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room. The unit offers an updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy a peaceful vegetation view from the lanai. Wild Pines offers a neighborhood pool, spa and clubhouse for owners and guests.

Please note: No golf membership access for guests. Guests may use the tram service to Bonita Bay’s private beach which includes lounge chairs, restrooms, and showers.

Bonita Bay amenities include 12 miles of walking and biking paths, four waterfront parks including a beach park with shuttle service, pickleball, bocce ball, a full-service marina and many social activities. Walk to dining and shopping! The Beach Club offers lounge chairs, restrooms, and showers.

The community features three waterfront recreational areas:

Spring Creek, offering canoe and kayak launches (canoes available at the North Gate)
Riverwalk Park, with lighted tennis courts, fishing piers, a children’s playground, and a 12-station cardiovascular exercise area along the Imperial River
Estero Park, featuring a pavilion, picnic area, butterfly garden, and a boardwalk to Estero Bay
A variety of social activities are available through the Bonita Bay Community Activities Center (fees may apply), including cooking classes, game tickets, shopping excursions, and more.

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location in Wild Pines was perfect. It was steps away from the pool and the hourly shuttle to the beautiful new beach facility. The host, Christine, was absolutely lovely to work with. She gave a very quick response to questions, and she welcomed feedback with positivity and friendliness. We would definitely book this unit again.

Seating in living room could be improved. Recliner almost impossible to use - and I did really need it. Also, 1 or 2 more chairs would be helpful.Also had problems locking the door.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent communication with the host. Clean and well stocked unit, including beach towels and two folding chairs. Very quiet unit. We used the tennis court and the pool. The pool was very nice with plenty of seating and there is also indoor seating at the pool. We used the grills near the pool for a nice BBQ. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets. Towels were also plenty, even drying towels in the kitchen. We did purchase paper towels and extra toilet paper. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid hand soap was available. We rented bicycles from Bonita Bike Rental and we loved riding the bikes around the Bonita Bay Community. They have a beautiful butterfly garden and an exercise park and bocci. We would rent this unit again.
