My husband and I were born and raised in Troy, Ohio and high school sweathearts. We discovered the beauty and fun of Norris Lake in our early thirties. We loved the lake so much that we bought our home in 1997 and spent our summers with our kids, and now grandkids, enjoying the lake. We have shared our home with family and friends and now are opening it up for everyone to enjoy!
Why they chose this property
The homes in our neighborhood have larger lots and the neighbors are super friendly! With the boat ramp a mile from our home and a large lot, there is plenty of room to spread out and lots of room for boat trailer parking.
What makes this property unique
East Norris Point is positioned perfectly on the lake between Springs Dock and Flat Hollow, across from island point 12. It is close to marinas but far enough away that the the water is calmer and there are beautiful views in Powell Valley and past Flat Hollow. There are NO steps to the dock and a drive that goes all the way to the dock to make it easily accessible.
