Property was clean, easy to get to, and close to everything....literally everything. Thle lake was /- a mile away and there was plenty of shopping and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors that share the parking lot were great and fun to talk to. As for the lake, it was our 1st time to Beaver, we usually frequent Table Rock. Beaver is like Shell Knob. It was quiet, super clear and not crowded at all. Overall, the place was great, the communication with the host was great, and the lake was very relaxing. A must do, is to visit the jumping cliffs and rope swings! Not sure by land, but navigating by boat is a breeze.
