Ich muß vorausschicken: ich war allein in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allen technischen Mitteln gut ausgetatet, Der Wohn-Küchenbereich im Wohnteil recht dunkel, über dem Eßtisch ist keine direkte Beleuchtung wegen der vielen schrägen Deckenbereiche. Das Zeitunglesen am Frühstückstisch ist dadurch etwas schwierig. Die dunkel-antrazitfarbenen Sofa und Sessel mit einer schwarz beschirmten Stehlampe daneben zur völlig unzureichenden Beleuchtung und dem Geradeaus-Blick auf die schwarzen Küchenfliesen vermitteln mir jedenfalls keine wohlige Stimmung. Das hellste Zimmer ist das Schlafzimmer....Der Blick zum Balkonfenster ist wegen des großen Baumes dicht davor auf dem Nebengrundstück zwar sehr schön, läßt aber wenig Licht und keinen freien Blick zu..
