Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Being able to park three cars in the driveway was a huge plus as street parking near the apartment was extremely challenging. Being a Clark alum, was quite familiar with the neighborhood so I knew what to expect. Felt completely safe in the apartment as every door to the hallways had sufficient locks. We did blow a fuse using an old hair dryer in the bathroom which caused us to lose power in the kitchen and bathroom. Being familiar with these types of triple deckers, we knew the fuse box would be in the basement. Found it, found the switch and power was quickly restored. Kitchen was adequately equipped (appliances were new) though it could use some minor upgrades, especially if you are coming with a large party. Some additional coffee mugs and newer pots and pans would be a plus. Bottom line, I would not hesitate to rent again.
