With a size of 60m², this apartment is equipped with a spacious living and dining area and 2 bedrooms. It has a bathroom, a separate kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is west facing and has sun until the evening hours. From here you have a "first row" direct view of the water and the marina, as well as of the wide pee landscape. In the harbor area there are 2 excellent restaurants and an island-famous fish shop and snack bar belonging to the Ehmke fishing family. You will enjoy the harbor flair.
Karlshagen has a beautiful wide sandy beach with beach chairs.
Our four-in-hand incl. Mistresses have a lot of fun on the dog beach
right next to the main beach. There is also a sports and nudist beach.
In the evening at the harbor you will find the peace you need on vacation
have searched. You can ride a bike on the very well-developed bike paths across the entire island. If the journey was too strenuous, you can also get back home with the pool lift.

In addition to relaxation, Karlshagen offers art, culture & sport all year round.
You can explore the entire island from Karlshagen on foot, by bike or on the "Bäderbahn".

to the island "Ruden" and "Oie" from the harbor or rent your own boat for bathing trips or to the
Fishing. Stroll through the multifaceted neighboring seaside resorts (Trassenheide and Zinnowitz) with their
Promenades and a pier invite you to stroll and linger.
Sports and leisure options are available. Fishing at the harbor, swimming and wellness in the Bernsteintherme (Zinnowitz), sailing, surfing and diving school on the beach, bike rental (6 x in Karlshagen), butterfly farm in Trassenheide, golf and tennis courts (in Koserow and Zinnowitz) and not to be forgotten
the horse farm in Karlshagen. For theater lovers, the months of June-September offer open-air theaters in Zinnowitz.
