This home is over 125yrs old but has new amenities. Eleven foot ceilings throughout. The entire neighborhood is similar with many local bars and restaurants thriving on many neighborhood corners. Take a walk in the hood and find these gems!

All rooms are available to enjoy. There is a front and rear lawn with a small patio adjacent to rear corner of house. Street parking only is always available either at the front and side of property.
Other things to note
UofL, the KY Fair and Expo, eclectic Highlands strip, Belamine University, Louisville zoo, Smoketown and downtown (hospitals and bourbon distillers) are among the enterprises in close radious to the Schitzleburg neighborhood.
