About this property

Beautiful finca with private pool for 2 to 3 persons between Porto Colom and Felanitx. The finca Sa Caseta is furnished in a modern style and enjoys a lot of daylight. The different terraces offer marvellous views of the countryside up to the sea.

The finca Sa Caseta is set in the hills between Porto Colom and Felanitx and offers splendid views of the countryside up to the sea. Beaches, the Vall d'Or golf course, the beautiful village of Porto Colom and the traditional country town Felanitx are all within 6 kilometers distance. Porto Colom offers several fine dining restaurants overlooking the marina, shopping facilities and two sandy beaches. Felanitx offers good shopping facilities and a colourful market on Sundays.

The finca is close to the country road connecting Porto Colom and Felanitx. Depending on the direction of the wind, the hum of the cars can be noticed outside of the house.

The finca Sa Caseta has been recently renovated and offers a living area of approximately 55 square meters, which is ideal for two adults or two adults and a child.

The finca offers an open-plan ground floor with lounge, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A large double bed is on the gallery (ceiling hight ranges from 180 to 135 cm). There is a sofa bed for a third person on the ground floor.

The finca has a stove to keep it warm in chillier months and is available for rent throughout the year.

The Finca Sa Caseta has a private pool, a nice covered terrace with dining table and BBQ, sun terrace with views of the countryside up to the sea and has 3 sunbeds and a sunshade.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request.

Weekly cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

Traumhafter Blick

Die kleine Finca Sa Caseta war für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir sind als Paar verreist, haben nach Ruhe vom Alltags- und Arbeitsstress gesucht und sie an diesem schönen und süßen Fleckchen gefunden. Das Häuschen, etwas versteckt gelegen, ohne Einblicke von außen, hat die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen (bis 4 wäre vollkommen in Ordnung). Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön(sogar schöner als auf den Bildern) und ruft zum Verweilen, Entspannen und natürlich Essen und Genießen auf. Ebenso der Pool, mit optimaler Größe für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Im Häuschen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Leichte Nutzungsspuren sind vorhanden, vollkommen normal in einem Häuschen das bewohnt wird und haben der Erholung überhaupt nicht im Weg gestanden. Der Kontakt mit und zu der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Entspannung pur!

Die Finca liegt sehr schön im Berg nahe Felanix und Portocolom. Auto ist ein Muss, wie bei jedem Fincaurlaub. Wir haben dieses leichte, einsame Leben auf unserer Finca sehr genossen: morgens ein bisschen Yoga und Schwimmen im Pool, Frühstück auf der Terrasse und dann schauen was der Tag bringt, später wieder Pool 😊Schöne Strände sind genügend in der Nähe, ebenso Restaurants für den Abend (La Farinera, El Cadtillo der Bosque, Es Babot, Café Cendela …) Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Grill, gute Dusche… Ventilatoren für die Nacht sind da und unbedingt nötig! Die Rasenmatten vor der Finca sind eine gute Idee ( ansonsten wäre es wohl zu staubig) und wir haben in der kleinen Lounge abends aufs Meer geschaut und unseren Wein getrunken. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatten wir ein Problem, haben sich die Eigentümer, drum gekümmert. Im Hochsommer (August) könnte es zum Schlafen in der oberen Etage ohne Klimagerät eventuell schwierig werden. Man könnte auf die unten stehende Couch ausweichen, aber bei uns war diese immer mit Dingen belegt, so groß ist der Raum ja nicht! Wir können die Finca jedem empfehlen, der eine schöne Finca für 2 Personen sucht, aber keinen modernsten Standard benötigt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir waren nun 9 Tage dort und haben es absolut genossen. Ein paar Neuerungen wäre schön ( Renovierung des Bades und eine neue Matratze) aber alles in allem sauber und ordentlich. Joana unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer für uns da ( wenn Wasser leer war oder aber wir den Pool reinigen wollten und kein Netz gefunden hatten). Wir würden wieder kommen, allerdings ist auch dieses Objekt zum nächsten Jahr teurer geworden, was uns noch zögern lässt. Eins sei vielleicht noch gesagt, die Straße vorne war doch relativ laut, uns hat es nicht gestört und beim schlafen hat es uns auch nicht gestört aber am Tag kann sie doch zu hören sein. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage Joana :-)

Finca ohne Heizung

Das Objekt ist unbewohnbar solange die Außentemperaturen noch nicht durchgehend hoch sind. Der Bollerofen kann die Finca nicht aufheizen, die Betten sind klamm. Die Finca nach dem Winter völlig ausgekühlt. Diese Finca kann frühestens Ende Mai/Snfanf Juni vermietet werden.
