Beautiful finca between Porreres and Vilafranca in a very quiet location. The Finca Can Betli was finished in 2014 and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located between Porreres and Vilafranca, this house offers splendid views over the rolling hills of this area.

The finca Can Betli is located between the picturesque towns of Porreres and Vilafranca, which are still very traditional and give a very good idea of Mallorcan countryside life. Take a rest in one of the small bars, on a shady square or a streetside café and enjoy the slow pace of life here, which is so different from the buzz of the seaside resorts. There are shopping facilities and supermarkets in both villages. By car, the popular beach of Es Trenc is in approx. 25 to 30 minutes reach, the old town of Palma in 35 minutes reach. The area around Porreres is a good training ground for cyclers and offers anything from easy to demanding routes in a very beautiful countryside.

The finca Can Betli offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entering from the terrace, ther is an ample living/dining room with open fireplace and adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with two twin bedrooms and a double bedrooms. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin, the other with bathtub and separate shower cabin. Two bedrooms have large, built in wardrobes. All rooms are on the same level.

Both the finca Can Betli and the pool terrace offer splendid views of the countryside. The plot offers a wide variety of typical vegetation. There is a shaded porch with dining table and a large brick built BBQ with work top and tap water.


Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available on request.
