Welcome to Villas Töcu - CASA COLIBRÍ. A place full of peace and quiet, ideal for couples and small families. Overlooking the Arenal Volcano . Close to all the amenities offered by La Fortuna, the Fortuna River Waterfall and the famous Arenal hot springs. Our renovated villa will be waiting for you to enjoy the relaxing sound of the Fortuna River, from its terrace, balconies and pool. We have private access to the river. Our Villa is completely private for you.
The space
Töcu Villas - CASA COLIBRÍ is a beautiful villa in the middle of the jungle, but very close, 2.8 kilometers from La Fortuna's Central Park. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby area. The bedrooms, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen area have air conditioning and the rest of the house has fans to cool when it is hot. There are large windows with mosquito nets, so you can open the doors and windows without most of the insects in the jungle being able to enter. CASA COLIBRÍ is the ideal place for your rest and relaxation with the sound of the river, which elevates the senses to a higher level. You can't miss the experience of enjoying this beautiful house next to the Fortuna River and enjoying the view of the Arenal Volcano from different areas of the house.
House sleeps a maximum number of 4 guests. The rate is set for 4 guests.

Other things to note
To enter the river, we offer a private path through the lush forest next to the house. We recommend enjoying the fresh and crystal clear waters of the Fortuna River with caution. It's a real adventure that you can't miss. It's advisable to wear suitable shoes for walking in water and rocks. Please be careful and walk with caution.
Never enter the river if it's raining. The water could rise.
Also, the famous El Salto pool is only 1.5 kilometers from Villas Töcu and the renowned Fortuna River Waterfall is only 2.5 kilometers from our property.

Our neighborhood is a very quite and safe area, with little hotels, beautifull houses and several attractions nearby. We are sorrounded by nature, but a few minutes away from La Fortuna down town and all of it´s facilities and services.
What makes this property unique
We offer you a spectacular villa with all you need to be comfortable and relaxed, with an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano from your private pool and patio area. You can also just relax yourself over the resting net sorrounded by our fantastic gardens and the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of nature. Or, if you preffer, you can try the private trails to the river and have a natural bath in it´s refreshing waters.
